Commission Terms of Service (ToS)

By requesting a commission, you hereby agree to the terms. Please carefully review before continuing.

General

  • The Artist (TOWG) has full creative freedom and control on how commissions will be conducted.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older. (Sorry kiddos...)

  • Commissions can be declined and/or rejected without explanation.

  • Commissions with a requested deadline WILL NOT be accepted.

  • Commissions will take an estimate of 2-3 WEEKS TO COMPLETE, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED (Complexity of the commission and/or requesting extra time.)

  • Image(s) reference strongly preferred. Brief and short descriptions suggested. (Long paragraphs or long descriptions WILL limit time and creativity.)

  • Further descriptions and references will be discussed either through form or email.

  • Prices and payments are $USD

  • English only.

  • Furries/Anthropomorphic (Canine, Feline, Bovine, Lizards, Marine Mammals)

  • Original Characters

  • Fanart

Maybe

  • Mature Themes

  • Copyrighted Characters

  • Mechs/Vehicle (I'm not the best at it, but I can try.)

  • Religious Themes (Light tongue and cheek.)

  • Gore

No

  • Political

  • NSFW/Extreme Fetishes

  • Anything that I may feel uncomfortable with.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payment will only be accepted WHEN notified and commission is ready to start.

  • Full payment and additional cost must be made through PayPal via "Friends and Family." I WILL NOT accept and WILL return payments that are "Goods and Services."

  • The Artist (TOWG) is not responsible for other transactional or fees through you and PayPal. Carefully review with your bank and PayPal before sending payment. Any complications will result in cancellation.

  • Payments will be NOTIFIED/INVOICED and must be made within 48 HOURS OF ACCEPTANCE or your spot will be forfeited.

  • Refunds can only be issued WITHIN 24 HOURS once commission starts. NO REFUNDS AFTER THE 24 HOURS. If you proceed with the cancellation, your commission be halted and submit to you as is. NO EXCEPTIONS. (I understand financial hardship sucks, but please be sure you follow through with the commission. Time is respected.)

  • The Artist (TOWG) has the RIGHT TO REJECT the commission once refunded/cancelled.

  • Refunds are only issued on my end at the moment (If I am unable to fulfill and/or complete the commission.)

  • No refunds on completed commissions.

Queue & Waitlist

  • Commissions are done in small batches. If full, a waitlist will be put in place.

  • Payment will NOT be accepted and charges will NOT occur for those on the waitlist.

  • Notification will be sent for those on the waitlist.

  • You are free to proceed or remove yourself from the waitlist. Please message me if you wish to be removed and your spot will be forfeited.

Edit Policy

Rough Phase

  • Edits are limited depending the time quoted to you and are as followed;

  • Major edits or any complex adjustments will COST EXTRA and must be discussed on a case-by-case basis. It may add more time if needed.

  • Additional cost must be paid before edits are made. Failure to do so, the Artist (TOWG) will continue the commission WITHOUT the edits.

  • Small changes are cost-free, but will be determined through the Artist (TOWG).

Completed Commissions

  • Commissions that are finalized will no longer go through edits.

  • You are allowed and responsible for any edits once commission is complete. Any harm, bigotry, or discourse use of any kind will not be tolerated. THE ARTIST (TOWG) IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING HERE ON AFTERWARDS.

Use

  • Completed commissions are for PERSONAL USE! Please keep it within social media, icon, banner, re-post, and/or non-profit related.

  • If you are interested in other uses, such as commercial work or projects (ex: games, book, etc), please message directly via email.

  • Artist credit is not necessary, but greatly appreciated!

  • Please do not use commissions for NFT and/or crypto related use.

  • Please do not use commissions for AI and/or AI training related use.

  • The Artist (TOWG) reserves the right to use your commission for promotional material. Edits that are not done through the artist or edits after a completed commission will not be used.

Failure to comply with the terms or false claims, accusations and information will result in immediate termination of the commission. Refunds will be issued IF commission has not started or is within the 24 hour timeline. Any commissions pass the 24 hour timeline will be submitted as is and refunds will NOT be issued. You will receive a warning. Any further actions will be alerted via media post and rejection for future commissions.Recording conversations, emails and/or receipts are encouraged to ensure accountability on both parties end. I will hold my end of the bargain if you hold to yours.TOWG will not post or hold on to references uploaded. References are deleted once commission is completed or cancelled.Prices and terms are subject to change. (May 22nd, 2024)
